I want you to feel confident booking a course with me. Here’s how bookings, cancellations, and refunds work.
Booking Confirmation
Once you’ve booked and paid, you’ll receive a confirmation email within 48 hours. Your Zoom link, access details, and PDF course booklet will be sent 5 days before the course starts.
Cancellations by You
- Cancellations made 7 or more days before the course start date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date are non-refundable. However, your place can be transferred to another student if needed — just get in touch.
Cancellations by Me
In the unlikely event that I need to cancel or reschedule the course, you’ll be offered a full refund or a place on a future course date, whichever you prefer.
No-Shows
If you don’t attend without prior notice, no refund will be issued, as your place has been reserved and prepared for.
Technical Requirements
This course is delivered live online via Zoom. You’ll need a laptop or tablet with a stable internet connection to take part.
